Functions

Automated Feeding
Workers only need to place pre-stacked cups into the feeding tray. When the machine detects material shortage on the conveyor, it automatically delivers a stack of cups to the feeding belt. The spiral cup separating mechanism then individually positions each cup onto the printing mold.

Corona Treatment
Automatic corona treatment activates the cup surface, enhancing ink adhesion for printing.

Automatic Positioning
Integrated seam line detection avoids printing on cup mold seams via PLC control. Color mark registration ensures precise multicolor alignment.

Automatic Cup Screen Printing
Servo-driven dual-directional (left/right) mesh plate movement enables micron-level print dimension adjustment.

Ink Curing
LED-UV curing units provide instant on/off polymerization, ensuring fully cured ink before discharge.

Automated Discharge
Cured cups are automatically conveyed to the output belt via robotic end-effectors.

Counting & Stacking
Programmable stack quantity settings enable precise batch counting. Stacks are actuated onto discharge trays per predefined counts.
