Precision Engineering

Our hot stamping molds are crafted using high-accuracy CNC engraving technology, achieving an etching depth of 2.5–3.5mm and engrave precision rate of ≥99.9%, ensuring sharp lines, fine details, and consistent reproduction across production runs. The base side features a 75-degree angled design for ease of mounting and secure fixation.

Multi-Material Options

To accommodate diverse application needs, the mold is available in multiple material variants:

• Copper Hot Stamping Mold – excellent thermal conductivity, ideal for leather, paper, plastics, and general-purpose hot stamping
• Alloy Steel Hot Stamping Mold – superior wear resistance, suited for high-volume, long-run production
• Silicone-Composite Hot Stamping Mold – features a recessed silicone surface design that enables three-dimensional embossed hot stamping effects

Precise Temperature Control & Stable Forming

Operating within a temperature range of 220°C to 280°C and pneumatic pressures of 3kg to 10kg, the mold ensures optimal foil transfer when the substrate surface reaches a molten state, guaranteeing strong adhesion and crisp imprint quality.

Integrated Hot Stamping Capability

The same mold base can simultaneously accommodate both holographic hot stamping areas and embossed hot stamping areas, with a spacing of ≤25mm between the two zones. This design ensures uniform temperature distribution and enables one-pass completion of both anti-counterfeiting holographic effects and 3D embossed finishing—significantly boosting production efficiency.
